Surprisingly, Ready to Embrace the Cooler Months of Autumn

I don't know if many of you are getting excited for the new season.  Autumn has quickly come upon us and I surprisingly have enjoyed bringing out the old boots from the closet, wearing longer sleeves, and breathing in the cooler crisp air.

Along with the season of change, comes savory delights we often fall back on this time a year. This past weekend I was very happy to work with my mom creating delicious foods.

Hope you are enjoying the start of Autumn as much as I am.  Don't let the constant rain or the yucky cold or flu get you down!

Take a look at these:
Brussel Sprouts and Corn sauteed in garlic and olive oil (recipe from my lovely sister!)

Austrian Plum Tart - a classic Austrian dessert

Meatloaf - with oats! and it is very excellent

Butternut Squash - baked

Chocolate Chip Cookies - Whole Wheat & Oatmeal
